Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Subaşı Foundation (“the Foundation”), as data controller, processes your personal data within the framework described below.

01Data Processed

We may process your name, surname, contact details (email, phone), address, family surname and other information you provide during the membership application.

02Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to create membership records, strengthen family ties and solidarity, inform you about the Foundation's activities, and fulfil legal obligations.

03Legal Basis & Transfer

Data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and legitimate interest; it may be shared with authorities only as required by law and with appropriate security measures.

04Your Rights

Under Art. 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data and to object to processing. You may send requests to [email protected].

05Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation.
