Our Foundation
The Subaşı Foundation was established under the Turkish Civil Code by the founders whose names appear in the foundation charter. Its headquarters is in İstanbul, with its registered address in Bakırköy.
The Foundation is subject to the supervision of the inspection authority defined in the Turkish Civil Code. To fulfil its purpose, it operates both at home and abroad within the framework of applicable law.

Founder & Chair of the Board of Trustees
Our Foundation was brought to life under the leadership of our founder Serkan Bakırtaş, to keep alive the values of our family elders and leave a deep-rooted legacy for future generations. The Chair of the Board of Trustees is also the head of the Foundation and is responsible for all of its material and moral affairs.
Our Purpose
The purpose of our Foundation is to meet the health, education, housing, working-life, social, cultural and economic needs of our family members and of every part of society. It further aims to contribute to the development of our country and people worldwide in vocational, technical, educational, health, cultural, economic, sporting, tourism and social fields.
Public Charitable Services
After administrative costs are deducted from the Foundation's income, a portion is set aside for in-kind and cash aid so that people in need grow up educated, healthy and of good character.
Family Solidarity
Allocated to meet the social and economic needs of the founders and their descendants — health, education, housing, maintenance, births, weddings and funerals among them.
